When you build an Aptugo application, you're not only getting a high-quality software ready to run, but also the source code that mimics the exact result a multi-talented team would produce!
We show you how to quickly access your code
The first thing you need to know is how Aptugo organizes stuff. If you go to the settings page, you'll find out you have 4 folders to configure.
Applications: This folder stores all the data that is used to build your app. If you were to share an application to another Aptugo's developer, say “My Expenses”, then the folder named My Expenses inside the configured applications folder is all you need to share in order so other developers can build and modify it.
Templates folder: This folder contains the definition for the programming languages and frameworks you can build against.
Structures folder: The structures are “fire and forget” snippets of any complexity and are contained inside this folder
Build folder: This is the folder we're looking for! The Build folder contains the generated source code for your application.
The entire source distributable code for your application is generated inside a folder with the name of your application. So, in order to access, modify, deploy, or do whatever you wish to do with your code, you just need to know where this happens and from there, it is all yours. No fancy complicated stuff.
By default, this happens in your main user folder:
\Users\[Your user name]\Aptugo\Builds
